Rimella e i suoi alpeggi sono luoghi imperturbabili al tempo, che prosperano nell'orgoglio dell'indipendenza e che conservano un fascino ancestrale. Noi vorremmo avere la possibilità di raccontare la realtà rurale della vita in alpeggio attraverso lo sguardo degli uomini e delle donne che vivono ogni giorno quella quotidianità. Ciò che rende unico un luogo è la relazione fra l'essere umano e l'ambiente e la connivenza che si va a creare fra di essi è una ricchezza che può essere percepita e raccontata fedelmente solo utilizzando il punto di vista degli alpigiani: le loro abitudini, i loro riti quotidiani, i loro gesti si muovono in perfetta simbiosi con la natura, dall'alba al tramonto, come se lo scorrere degli anni e dei secoli fosse solo una bugia.
Rimella and its alpine pastures are places undisturbed by time, thriving in the pride of independence and preserving an ancestral charm. We would like to have the opportunity to tell the story of rural life in the pastures through the eyes of the men and women who live that reality every day. What makes a place unique is the relationship between human beings and the environment, and the connection that forms between them is a richness that can only be truly perceived and faithfully conveyed through the perspective of the alpine dwellers: their habits, their daily rituals, their gestures move in perfect harmony with nature, from dawn to dusk, as if the passing of years and centuries were nothing but a lie.
